El precio de la adjudicación será incrementado en 18% de comisión, IVA incluido, acogiéndose al régimen especial de IVA de los bienes usados, objetos de arte, antigüedades y objetos de colección.
Todo pujador es responsable de la cantidad pujada y de la obligación de completar el pago de la cantidad pertinente en caso de que su puja resultase ser la ganadora. Todo usuario pujador debe ser consciente de que al pujar por una cantidad, se le arrebata la posibilidad a otro pujador de pujar por esa misma cantidad, de forma que no se permite la cancelación de pujas una vez efectuadas. Numismática Lavín se reserva el derecho de anulación de pujas en caso de fallo técnico, fallo humano o fallo en el sistema de reserva.
Garantizamos la autenticidad de todas las monedas, salvo indicación en contra.
Sobre los lotes de conjunto y colecciones no se admiten devoluciones o reclamaciones, por lo que aconsejamos examinarlos personalmente.
La Organización se reserva el derecho en su caso de retirar los lotes que estime pertinentes.
Cualquier caso de litigio que pueda derivarse de esta venta será sometido a los Tribunales de Bilbao.

The hammer price will be increased by an 18% buyer’s premium, VAT included, according to the special VAT scheme applicable to second-hand goods, works of art, antiques, and collectors’ items.
Every bidder is responsible for the amount bid and for the obligation to complete payment of the corresponding amount should their bid be the winning bid. Every registered bidder must understand that by placing a bid for a specific amount, other bidders are prevented from bidding the same amount; therefore, bids cannot be cancelled once placed. Numismática Lavín reserves the right to cancel bids in the event of technical failure, human error, or reserve system malfunction.
We guarantee the authenticity of all coins unless otherwise stated.
No returns or claims will be accepted for group lots or collections; therefore, we recommend examining them personally beforehand.
The Organization reserves the right to withdraw any lots it deems appropriate.
Any dispute arising from this sale shall be submitted to the Courts of Bilbao.
